And I always put it in 24 bit. Not that I am not sure if a higher bit is doable, I know the old games couldn’t render them. I just took a large and small portrait from the original baldur’s gate game and it claims the portraits are to large Any ideas?

I cannot get this to work. This is what I do: 1. I create the custom portrait, make it HxW pixels, save it in 24 bit. I make sure the filename is 8 characters or less.
