I am using Windows 7 premium, these directions may vary. Go to your Control panel. Click on “Programs” not “Uninstall a program”. Wait while the list is gathered. I’m not sure what you are doing to be able to run MS Outlook avoiding some accounts, do you have multiple Outlook Profiles?

You would get the option to select the Profile when you start Outlook. And if you have power outages I would suggest shutting down system when not in use. You can also modify win update so that there is an explicit notification to run any update. I’ll give ’em a try.

I only guessed at power failure, although I can’t say anything like that happened.
